Discovery Land Company's ultra-luxury Hamptons outpost, dubbed "The Beverly Hills Hotel of the Hamptons" by CEO Mike Meldman. Completely rebuilt on the historic Dune Deck Hotel footprint. Just 70 lodging memberships ($1M) granting access to 33 Beach Club Suites (600 sqft each). Beach club membership starts at $350,000. Architecture by Hart Howerton, interiors by Denton House. Season runs Memorial Day through Labor Day. The first in Discovery's planned collection of boutique hotel-clubs.
