Prepare yourself for an unparalleled golfing experience. Our course is a pleasure for golfers of any skill level to play. French Woods Golf & Country Club will challenge you while providing a relaxing, picturesque backdrop. The Clubhouse overlooks not only the course, but the entire valley providing panoramic views in nearly every direction for as far away as 25 miles. The course is literally carved out of the Catskill Mountains. Construction began in 1997 and the first 9 holes were ready for play in 1998. The Course became a complete 18 hole public course in 2002 and golfers from all over the northeast have been enjoying the course ever since.
