A Hidden Gem for Sailing in Brooklyn! Miramar Yacht Club is a fantastic place for both experienced sailors and beginners. The members are welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the views from Sheepshead Bay are stunning. It’s a peaceful escape from the city with a real community vibe. Highly recommended for anyone interested in sailing or just enjoying the waterfront!

Yacht club and great hangout place with large patio by the water with bbq grills. Club has sail boat for those who do not have their own. Club races open to all members. Great place to learn to sail for a price of membership.

This is the friendliest and most down to earth yacht club on the East Coast. If you own a sailboat or want to learn how to sail, or just looking for an awesome people to hang out with on the weekends this is the club to join! Very affordable, great facilities, the most protected mooring field, races every week, get togethers every weekend, parties every holiday... And very friendly towards transient boater who need a mooring for some time while visiting Brooklyn. No reciprocity required to rent a ball!
