Millbrook, New York
Orvis Sandanona Shooting Ground
About the club
The oldest shooting preserve in the United States, established in 1881 in the Hudson Valley's Millbrook hunt country. Now owned and operated by Orvis, Sandanona is a National Historic Landmark property offering sporting clays, five-stand, flurries, and driven pheasant across 1,200 immaculately maintained Hudson Valley acres. The pheasant-driven program is modeled on the great English driven shoots. This is where the American upland tradition lives in its most refined form. Private and corporate events by reservation.
