Soho House DUMBO Brooklyn

Operated by Soho House
Soho House is a members' club group for people working in the creative industries. Founder Nick Jones opened the first House in 1995 above his restaurant, Cafe Boheme, in a Georgian house in London's Soho. Its Houses combine places to eat, drink, work, exercise and stay, with screening rooms and an art collection of more than 8,000 works.

DUMBO House takes up the upper two floors of the Empire Stores building in Brooklyn, between the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges, looking across the East River to the Manhattan skyline. Up top there is a pool, a bar and a sun deck with views in every direction, and the seventh-floor rooftop bar serves New England-influenced food alongside the House menu. Members based at this House can also use a coworking floor lower down in Empire Stores, on level three, with desks, lounge seating, kitchens and storage.
