Soho House is a members' club group for people working in the creative industries. Founder Nick Jones opened the first House in 1995 above his restaurant, Cafe Boheme, in a Georgian house in London's Soho. Its Houses combine places to eat, drink, work, exercise and stay, with screening rooms and an art collection of more than 8,000 works.

Soho Works 55 Water sits on the third floor of Empire Stores at 55 Water Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn. The workspace provides dedicated desks with lockable storage, furnished private offices and seven meeting rooms fitted with screens and video conferencing kit, as well as space for private events. Breakfast is included, anyone may apply without holding a Soho House membership, and it opens Monday to Friday.
