About the club
The Pompey Club was established in 1949 by a group of passionate golfers in the town of Pompey, New York. The course was designed by well-known architect George Swatt. Since its inception, the club has nurtured a strong local community of golf enthusiasts. The Pompey Club is a private golf club. Non-member access is limited and may require guest status of a current member.

The conditions at this course have become outstanding! The greens are really nice and kept in such beautiful condition all season long. The fairways have become full and lush and they just keep improving them.

The golf course is playing fantastic. The greens are fast and true. Get a drink and sit on the new outdoor patio and enjoy the beautiful view.

The course is very-well kept and a lot of fun to play, the views of the area are phenomenal, the food is great, and the club is full of wonderful people. I joined two years ago, and as a new member I instantly felt at home. The dues are super manageable, probably the best bang for your buck for a private club in the Central NY area.
