We had the absolute wedding of our dreams, and it would not have been possible without the extraordinary team at Greate Bay Country Club. From start to finish, every moment was filled with thoughtfulness, professionalism, and genuine care — they treated us like family and made us feel like royalty. Danielle was an absolute angel and the heartbeat of our wedding planning experience. From our first meeting to the last song, she made us feel so seen, heard, and celebrated. Her attention to detail, calming presence, and above-and-beyond attitude made all the difference. She anticipated our needs before we even realized them and handled every detail with warmth and precision. Danielle made us feel not just like clients, but like the most important people in the world — and for that, we will be forever grateful. Corie was also incredible — organized, knowledgeable, and always a step ahead. Together, she and Danielle were the dream team, and we felt so supported throughout every phase of the planning and wedding day itself. Maria, one of the head waitresses, deserves her own standing ovation. She was a calm, commanding presence during the event, making sure everything flowed seamlessly. Her kindness, professionalism, and hustle made everything feel effortless for us, our parents and our guests. She truly helped make our day perfect with such grace. And then there’s Chef Dan — wow. From the rehearsal dinner to the reception and even the late-night bites at the after-party, every dish was a masterpiece. Our guests are still talking about the food. Danny didn’t just cook — he created an experience. He also personally made sure everything was perfect leading up to and during the big day, which gave us so much peace of mind. The menu was perfectly curated, the ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and every course was served with impeccable timing and presentation. He brought heart to every dish, and it showed. The bartenders were fun, fast, and phenomenal — keeping energy high, lines short, and drinks perfectly made all night long. They handled signature cocktails and the full bar like pros, and they added to the upbeat, celebratory vibe of the night. And to the entire wait staff — thank you. Everyone was courteous, polished, and incredibly attentive, not just to us but to every single one of our guests. Service was seamless and elegant, and we felt so well taken care of. This team didn’t just help us throw a wedding — they helped us create a moment we’ll never forget. We’re endlessly grateful to Dan, Danielle, Corie, Maria, the bartenders, and the staff for making our day so perfect. We could not recommend this venue more highly. Truly the best of the best.

From the very first time we stepped into the grounds of Greate we knew we found something so special! The venue was perfect for my husband and I’s wedding. The backdrop of the beautiful golf course looked perfect in our final photos. But what truly elevated our experience was working with their wedding planner Danielle. She was SO on top of everything, organized, thoughtful and such a pleasure to work with. The entire staff really paid attention to every single little detail and I have no concerns or regrets from our perfect day!! All of our guests came up to us afterward and said how amazing the food was too, everything was prepared incredibly and people are still raving about the food months later!!

Our Parents Association for our lacrosse team had our annual banquet here, and the venue is beautiful! Open, airy, beautiful views, lots of windows, simple elegance or coukd be made very elaborate, to your liking. The food was classic, fresh, and the chicken parm and meatballs were moist, and very tasty. The sound system was greatThe service was attentive, professional, and exceptional.

We were fortunate enough to celebrate our wedding there on July 31, 2022. Besides being a beautiful venue with great views of the golf grounds, the treatment our guests and us received, was first class all the way. Danielle and her staff are attentive, kind, professional and truly care about creating an amazing experience for their guests. We couldn’t be happier with everything from the incredibly delicious food, service with a smile, room set up and attention to detail.
