Grandover Resort
About the club
Opened in May 1997, the West Course is formed with the naturally rolling terrain and elevation changes found in the Piedmont of North Carolina. A links style layout flows away from the resort for first 9 holes and returns for the inward nine. The West Course measures 6800 yards from the championship tees. The practice area provides you with the opportunity to work on all elements of your game. There are two putting greens available and a short game area that includes a greenside bunker. Unsurpassed quality is evident from the moment you arrive. From the extensive, professionally designed landscaping and tone accented signage to unique architecture and quality of construction of the office buildings, a very high level of attention to detail is apparent. Grandover is home to the headquarters of the Atlantic Coast Conference, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, a 75,000 square-foot finance division operation of LF USA, and Technology Concepts and Design, Inc. Grandover's office space in Greensboro and Class A multi-tenant office buildings are currently available for lease for office requirements up to 37,000 square feet. Numerous golf course sites are available for build-to-suit office buildings in sizes from 50,000 up to 300,000 square feet. Please contact us with your inquiries regarding Grandover Corporate Park.
