About the club

From a generational approach, the Carlton Family has carefully planned Chinquapin to be a unique conservation based community in the Cashiers / Highlands area. The new developer now takes that original concept into a new phase in order to bring the project to completion. The Waterfront Group brings over 20 years of development and marketing expertise to the area as it takes on the development aspects of the property. With the additional personnel, capital and infrastructure planning the Chinquapin community will continue to be a model for the region.
