About the club
The most decorated major championship venue in the American South — Perry Maxwell's 1936 masterpiece in Tulsa has hosted more major championships than any course outside Augusta. Six US Opens (1958, 1977, 1994, 2001, 2009, 2022), three PGA Championships (1970, 1982, 2007), and the 2022 PGA Championship (Justin Thomas). The course underwent a landmark renovation by Gil Hanse (2019-2021) that restored Maxwell's original intentions and added the 2022 PGA Championship to its extraordinary resume.
