About the club
Located just minutes from downtown and hidden away in forested waterfront parkland, the Ottawa New Edinburgh Club is one of Ottawa's oldest sports clubs, established in 1883. Offering tennis, rowing, paddling and sailing programming for adults, as well as for children in popular day camps, ONEC is a place for summer fun and fitness. The historic boathouse is located just off the forested shoreline of the Ottawa River and red clay courts are set amid the greenery off the Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway. ONEC is a non-profit, volunteer led community organization.
