A 501-C (7) non-profit corporation that benefits individuals aged 55+ years. Each of the 1,510 homeowners has undivided ownership in all facilities and common areas, including the clubhouse and golf course. Located in the mid-Willamette Valley, within easy driving distance of the Oregon coast and Mt. Hood recreational areas.

Had a very nice halibut dinner and wonderful clam chowder. The wait staff are super friendly and service is quick. They have a large variety for dinner too choose from
