Despite being one of the oldest golf clubs in Philadelphia, Bala Golf Club isn't as widely known as some of the other historic golf clubs in the area due to its modest size and location. Established in 1900, the club is named after the township where it first began - Bala Cynwyd. Bala Golf Club is a private club, and membership details are not disclosed publicly. Went here for a seminar, the seminar was excellent. The grounds for the golf course are beautiful. But we definitely wasn't at the big house due to that was private property. We were located in the back. The experience was a memorable one.
