The Gladstone
About the club
The Gladstone is a members club with a focus on health and fitness, located at Rua de Santo Amaro 72 in the Jardim da Burra area of Lisbon. The club is built around a gym, where members can book training sessions tailored to their own goals, and a sauna. After a session, there is a relaxed lounge area and a café for coffee and conversation. The overall approach treats physical training and time to unwind as equal parts of a visit, which makes it a club for members who want exercise and quiet in the same place.
