About the club

Golf is the centerpiece of The Carnegie Abbey Club. The waterfront links-style golf course was designed by Donald Steel, one of the great names in modern golf course architecture. Steel’s ingenious course layout takes full advantage of its seaside location, providing dramatic and ever-changing views of Narragansett Bay. Expertly staffed by a PGA Director of Golf, Jimmy DiMarino, a PGA Head Golf Professional with a team of assistants, a Pro Shop manager, and of course a Caddie Master, the golfing facilities include a full-service multi-tee practice range and a dedicated short-game area, plus two additional driving ranges and a pair of putting greens. The best in professional instruction is also available.
