Whistling Rock Country Club

About the club

Inspired by the dramatic mountainside terrain overlooking the Chuncheon Lake basin, Whistling Rock Country Club inherits its character from the lakes, streams and dense woodlands of the surrounding landscape, defined by bold rock formations and a wide range of spectacular views. Sculpted into 27 holes of world-class golf, the routing at Whistling Rock follows strategic elevation changes along the valley floor. Respecting the natural elements of the diverse land forms, the course integrates 13 lakes, all connected by numerous streams and several breathtaking waterfalls that not only enhance shot values on each hole, but define Whistling Rock’s intricate design. Posing a creative combination of choices and challenges, Whistling Rock is a genuine golf adventure. Throughout each nine, the golf course provides a balance of rewards, for both the more accomplished player and casual player alike.
