Chan do Fento Golf Club
About the club
The Meis golf course was designed by Antonio Grande, consists of 18 championship holes. The Monte Castrove Foundation (Foundation of Galician interest, owner of the course) took over the management of the facilities on October 1, 2013, after a period of 10 years in which it was managed by the Royal Spanish Golf Federation. The Meis golf course is a natural course in a Galician pine forest, with wide "lies" fairways, "dog-legs", lakes and natural obstacles, within a quiet mountain environment with magnificent views of the Arousa and Pontevedra estuaries and located just 10 minutes from the capital of the province. The technical values of the course (73.4 white bars, 72.5 yellow bars, 75.5 blue bars, 74.3 red bars), balanced par and slope (132 white bars, 130 yellow bars, 135 blue bars, 133 red bars), show that it is a competitive course for all levels.
