About the club

Golf and Country Club de Bonmont was founded in 1990 by the Swiss businessman, Henri Ferdinand Lavanchy. He commissioned the world-famous expert Robert Trent Jones Jr. to design a first-class golf course to take advantage of the Mediterranean setting of Bonmont. The heart of Bonmont is the magnificent 18-hole/par 72 golf course in truly wonderful surroundings. The links has numerous natural and artificial hazards, impressive gullies, six rock-cut lakes, bridges, woods, more than 90 bunkers, and spacious, perfectly manicured greens. The layout of the course challenges golfers of all skill levels with the enigma of its lines and borders.
