About the club

The Balneario de Mondariz course consists of 18 holes, par 71, with a design made for all types of players and handicaps. Our course was designed by Álvaro Arana in 2000. It has a total area of 48 hectares that run between wooded areas and accompanied by the Tea River in a good part of the course. The fairways are wide and well delimited, favoring less precise shots. The main difficulty that the player will find lies in its wide and moving greens. Its length of 5,507 meters makes it relatively easy to reach the green in regulation on most of the holes. The emblematic hole of this course is the 17th, a downhill par 3 protected by its famous lake on the right and a huge bunker on the left. The course has a practice area for both short and long game, as well as a putting green. Among the many amenities that the player will find, highlights the fleet of 30 buggies, one of the largest in northern Spain, plus a clubhouse with a kitchen for all budgets. The terrace of the clubhouse overlooking the course with memorable sunsets, fully included in the green fee, stands out. In addition to the course, Balneario de Mondariz has a spectacular 4-star hotel with 194 rooms, a Spa of 3000 square meters, a la carte spa services, two restaurants, 2 outdoor swimming pools, children's area with childcare, etc.
