About the club

The Villamayor course is eminently urban, as it is located just 10 minutes from the center of Salamanca, in the exclusive Vega de Salamanca residential complex. The course was designed by Juan Catarineu in 1999 and runs along 6,475 meters between the buildings of the residential complex, placing it among the ten courses with the highest slope rating in Spain. It has magnificent facilities for the practice of golf and other sports, such as driving range, approach area, chipping green and putting green. In its design we find a first part of purely English design, with two lakes that come into play in several of its holes; the second nine holes are of a clearly American design, with a more abrupt and demanding orography for the player.
