About the club

The term "hidden gem" is overused, but with such a renowned sibling, the South Course is often overlooked, despite being many of the members' favourite of the two courses. The beautiful layout rivals the scenic nature, and there is even a glimpse of the sea on hole 12. Deceptively short on paper, 5,824 metres (6,369 yards) from the white tee, the course plays longer for many as it is narrower and the driver isn't always the right choice from the tee. As a true risk and reward challenge, the decision is up to the player on whether to lay back or try to get as close as possible to the trickier greens. In contrast to the North Course, the South Course has two loops of nine holes, both starting and finishing next to the Club House and with a pleasant halfway house serving snacks and refreshments.
