About the club
One of Texas' best golf resorts is the Omni Barton Creek, located just 25 minutes outside of Austin. The resort features four 18-hole designs, and the highest-ranked layout is the Fazio Canyons design, a former Golf Digest America's 100 Greatest Public winner. This signature Tom Fazio design, which offers scenic views of Austin’s Hill Country, recently underwent an extensive renovation.

Excellent place to enjoy golf, with very well-maintained facilities and a peaceful atmosphere. I would like to give a very special thank you to Ivania, the cleaning staff member, who helped me during a difficult moment even though it had nothing to do with her job responsibilities. Her kindness, compassion, and willingness to help truly made a difference . Thank you so much!

Bobby Dean at Barton Creek Country Club is outstanding! He helped retrofit a set of clubs for me in August 2025, and the results have been incredible — my handicap dropped from 22.4 to 18.7 by the end of September. Bobby’s expertise, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping members play their best make all the difference. If you’re serious about improving your golf game, start with a fitting with Bobby Dean — you’ll be amazed at the results!

Great golf facility with a hefty price tag.
