About the club

The shore of the Turkish province of Antalya is home to many recent and quite good golf courses, of which none is better than the twenty-seven holes that Nick Faldo created for Cornelia Golf Resort and Spa in Belek. Faldo's work here helps to cement his reputation as the heir to Nicklaus, or better Europe's answer to Nicklaus, in that both achieved distinction and have gone on to design challenging, no-frills courses, and neither is likely ever to design a simple, breezy layout. Although there are a variety of tee boxes, all golfers will need to keep their shots straight and low, since the fairways are tight and the dense woods are in play throughout.
