Though we are leaving the club for other reasons, we want to be very clear we love the staff at Balcones!! Specifically Kristin & Cody who literally RUN the club house day and night effortlessly. They make events more fun and create social experience memories for us. They are the reasons we stayed as long as we did. The staff will be what we miss the most! They would be the only reason we ever rejoin. xoxo

Phillips Protective has done special event security at Balcones since 2023. The clientele is always friendly thankful. The club management and staff truly care about the safety and satisfaction of their guests. Highly recommended for a fun family atmosphere!

We had our son's 16th birthday at BCC back in November and everyone is still talking about it! From my first meeting with Natalie at the club, I knew I was in good hands. She was always responsive to every email or meeting request, and ensured our event was set up perfectly. We worked with her to pick the best food for a party that has a mix of teens and adults - amazing passed apps, plus a mac & cheese station and street taco station - and my dad who is in the restaurant biz even commented how delicious it all was! We also had a mocktail bar (huge hit with the teens!) and build your own ice cream bar. The event space perfectly accommodated the bars, the food stations, seated tables, our cake table, and casino tables we had brought in. We had the very best night and cannot wait to do it all over again for our younger son when he turns 16!

We hosted our baby shower at this venue and it was amazing. Natalie was incredible and very prompt in answering all the questions. She ensured we were comfortable with layout, menu and everything else related to the event. They arranged tasting for our dinner and allowed us to come to the venue multiple times before the event to get an idea of decor and everything else. So happy we picked this venue and very impressed by the service everyone offered.
