We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone at Bentwater, especially Mike Ross, the venue director and Chris the banquet director with how they went above and beyond to make sure that our couples wedding day (even during a winter storm) went off without a hitch. As a wedding planning company, we really appreciate how easy it is to work with the team at Bentwater. They are extremely accommodating and their customer service is top tier. The week of the wedding we realized that a winter storm was going to hit us, the wedding ceremony was scheduled to be at the outdoor gazebo. Once we realized the weather would not allow us to have the outdoor ceremony, the venue immediately helped us to pivot and formulate a solid plan B. Mike went out of his way to make sure that there was an available indoor ceremony space that still fit the bride's vision as close as possible. He worked closely with our team and the decor team to ensure that we had everything we needed and that decor could easily setup on wedding day. Mike and Chris even got to the venue before their scheduled arrival time to make sure we were able to begin setup and even took the time to provide coffee for our team given the cold weather. They provided extra meals for the rehearsal dinner the night before when a few extra guests showed up...they never even stopped to question who was supposed to receive a meal, they just delivered. This is the kind of customer service that you can't buy. They are all just great people and we can't speak highly enough about them. We will continue to rave about Bentwater to our couples. We know they will be well taken care of there.

This was the perfect spot for our rehearsal dinner. We used the ballroom as our banquet area and the other area as our "ceremony" area. Michael was amazing, he was not our original venue contact, but he jumped in and did an amazing job to make sure all our needs were met. The meal was amazing. The view was incredible and we are so grateful for this venue giving us a place to practice our ceremony. Michael was also amazing as I forgot our easel and he provided one quickly. I cannot thank everyone enough for a perfect evening before our big day! I highly recommend this venue for your wedding needs.

Bentwater was the perfect location for our wedding, it had beautiful scenery right by the lake with tons of space for guests. We got married on November 9th and the weather was gorgeous for our outdoor ceremony. Everywhere you looked felt like the perfect backdrop for photos! The ballroom was stunning and it has floor-to-ceiling windows with natural light during the day and romantic, warming lighting in the evening. It truly felt magical and made the entire reception feel very elegant. We worked with Mike and he was incredible! He was extremely accommodating, easy to work with, and genuinely kind. We could stop by anytime available to view the space or taste the food, and he always welcomed us with patience. Highly recommend this venue for weddings or any event, beautiful spaces, amazing staff, and perfect for any weather.

I officiated a wedding here recently and it was a beautiful event. The landscape was very neat and manicured. Lake Conroe is right behind the club and it is a beautiful site to see. The venue itself is very beautiful and has an awesome staff. The wedding was outside, but inside is very nice also and roomy. For those living in the area, I recommend checking this place out for future events.
