Nice spot for relaxing walk in the evening

Just found this neighborhood nestled into the Huntsville State Park while looking for a quiet place to start my retirement. Love the lakes, the trees, and especially the people we've met already. With golf, tennis, swimming, hiking, kayaking, and fishing, this place can definitely keep you active for years to come.

Spent an evening on the bank of lake Elkins. Went there with my friends and their kids to one of the kids playgrounds. While going there we saw a lot of deer roaming around. The lake is calm and peaceful, but as soon as the sun sets all mosquitoes come out to attack you. So leave before the sun sets.
