Yesterday I visited this resort on a demo tour, and overall it was a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place for families with kids. There is no proper entertainment, no play area, and nothing engaging for children. There was also no food provided during the tour, which was unexpected. The prices are extremely high and no different from regular town prices, so there is no real value in buying anything there. They are selling plots at around $60 million, which is unrealistic for most people. Before the visit, they promised a $1,000 visa benefit, but after the tour they changed their statement and said the discount would only be available if I bought a plot. This felt misleading and unprofessional. Overall, the tour did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this place to others.

This is a real scam and no action by local authorities or the state. I had bought this plot and was sold to me at more than double the nearby market prices. They started HOA fees 1200/year and now without any notification or having constructed a place on the plot, nor having used any golf club facilities .. they are now charging 1200/year for the golf club membership.. which don’t I want and never used. May have to write to the Texas AG and the Gov. Abbot, to see how can I sell or get this whole thing looked into or investigated if it smells like it. They have sold these loss making plots/properties with promises that they can’t and won’t deliver and even to out of state folks who have never seen the place.. trusting Texans and in return, people on an average are billed and paying a total of $2400-3000 per year for the HOA and Golf club membership. I can’t even sell this for even 1/2 the price I bought it for!!! YOU SEE SOME 4-5 Star positive reviews.. most of them seem to be only for the golf course and also so many other look fake or bought or may have vested interests and maybe insider placed reviews… many of them as “Local Guide” very common stuff and easy to do.

This is a scam! We bought a piece of property in 2023 with the plan to build. When the builder we started working with could not come up with a cost to build for 2 months and $6000 dollars later, we decided to move on. We decided to sell the lot since we were not going to live there. They wouldn't allow us to put a sign showing our lot was for sale. OK fine. 2 years later we finally had someone willing to buy the lot at a significant loss. Now as of Nov 1, they have added a membership fee which no one can tell us because it is at the discretion of the developer. Are you kidding me? We were never notified that this change had been implemented! We have paid HOA dues for 2 years and club membership for one year and have not received any benefit. Now we can't even sell it!

I checked out Rock Creek Resort this weekend and was honestly blown away! The place is beautiful with amazing views, peaceful vibe, and super well kept grounds. The land investment opportunities are also really impressive. Definitely worth a visit! If you go, mention Adrian as a reference. 😃

Fraud company. They told us they will give us 500 dollars gift card. Adam a sales man made a story and lied that we have another policy maker. It is not true and he lied. Me and my wife and Sharmin Hossain presented there we never told him that. He is a fraud and this company also. Now they are not paying the gift. Since we did not buy the land we are not getting the gift card. Just to cheated us. It is a scammer. I will go also legal process anyway
