About the club

Baxenden & District Golf Club is set in rolling hillside on the Hyndburn-Rossendale boundary overlooking the town of Accrington. The course offers splendid panoramic views of the Ribble Estuary to the west, the Pennine hills of Ingleborough and Pendle to the north and the Peel Monument on Holcombe, and beyond, to the south. The course is a 9 hole moorland course, played over a competition length of 5734 yards, with a SSS 68 and par 70 which offers a challenge to golfers of all abilities and is an excellent choice for parties or individuals alike.
