Benburb Valley Golf Club

About the club

Benburb Valley Golf Club, located in Tyrone, is a hidden gem that I had the pleasure of experiencing recently. The club offers a picturesque setting with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The course itself is meticulously maintained, showcasing the dedication and hard work of the staff. As for the characteristics of the club, Benburb Valley Golf Club boasts a single 18-hole course. The course spans over 6,000 yards, providing an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all skill levels. Each hole is strategically designed, incorporating a mix of doglegs, bunkers, and water hazards that require careful shot placement and strategy. The course layout is well thought out, offering a fair balance between long and short holes. One of the highlights of playing at Benburb Valley Golf Club is the breathtaking scenery. The course is surrounded by rolling hills and lush greenery, creating a tranquil and serene atmosphere. As I made my way from hole to hole, I couldn't help but be in awe of the natural beauty that enveloped me. While the course offers its fair share of challenges, there are a few key hazards that golfers should be aware of. One of the signature holes, the 11th, requires a precise tee shot to avoid a strategically placed water hazard. This hole truly tests the golfer's accuracy and decision-making skills. Additionally, the 17th hole presents a challenge with its narrow fairway and tricky green. Golfers must navigate their shots with finesse to avoid the numerous bunkers scattered throughout the hole. The facilities at Benburb Valley Golf Club are top-notch. The clubhouse is beautifully designed, offering a warm and welcoming environment. Inside, you'll find a well-appointed pro shop stocked with a wide range of golfing equipment and apparel. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. Aside from the golf course, Benburb Valley Golf Club offers a range of amenities for its members and visitors. The club
