Bowenhurst Golf Centre

About the club

Bowenhurst Golf Centre, located in the picturesque county of Surrey, offers golf enthusiasts a truly enjoyable and well-rounded experience. The club boasts two well-maintained courses, each with its own unique challenges and scenic beauty. The first course, known as the Main Course, features 18 holes and stretches over a length of 6,300 yards. The layout of this course is thoughtfully designed, taking full advantage of the undulating terrain and incorporating strategically placed hazards. Its moderately difficult rating makes it suitable for golfers of all skill levels, while still offering a fair test of their abilities. One of the standout features of the Main Course is its signature holes. The 10th hole, for example, is a par 3 that requires an accurate tee shot over water to a well-guarded green. This hole not only tests a golfer's precision, but also showcases the beautiful scenery surrounding the club. For those seeking an even greater challenge, Bowenhurst offers the Short Course, which consists of 9 holes and measures around 1,400 yards. Despite its shorter length, this course presents tighter fairways and smaller greens, requiring golfers to rely on accuracy and finesse. It serves as an excellent warm-up or practice course, or for those looking for a quicker round. The setting of Bowenhurst Golf Centre is nothing short of picturesque. Surrounded by gently rolling hills and verdant countryside, the club offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The facilities are of excellent quality, with a clubhouse that houses a pro shop stocked with top-notch golfing equipment and apparel. Additionally, golfers can enjoy a well-maintained driving range and practice greens to hone their skills before taking on the courses. Another notable amenity is the club's restaurant, which serves delicious meals and refreshing drinks, allowing golfers to relax and replenish after a rewarding round. The staff members are friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all visitors feel
