About the club

Forrester Park is set in beautiful Essex countryside overlooking the River Blackwater, in the village of Great Totham. It is within ten minutes of the A12 between Chelmsford and Colchester. The well-established 6073-yard par 71 parkland course has plenty of hazards to challenge players regardless of ability or handicap. With its tree-lined undulating fairways, the course is about accuracy rather than distance, judgement rather than strength. The club offers a range of memberships to suit most pockets and lifestyles and there are plenty of competitions for golf members. We are open for greenfees daily and there are a number of golfing events open to non-members. If you play fairly frequently you may be interested in our player card which offers discounts on greenfees each time you play. Non-members are also welcome to use the practice facilities. Tee times can be booked by non-members up to six days in advance.
