Ganstead Park Golf Club

About the club

Ganstead was opened in 1976 and over the intervening years it has developed into one of the most challenging and appealing courses in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The majority of fairways are defined by grassy mounds, mature trees and sculptured lakes and bunkers. The generously sized and sloping greens present the golfer with numerous questions to answer during their round of golf. In the words of John Fieldhouse, golf and sports reporter: “Ganstead Park is an excellent and popular parkland course which must be one of the most improved venues in the East Riding of Yorkshire.”
