Girton Golf Club

About the club

In 1936 PGA Professional Allan Gow founded Girton Golf Club. Twenty-nine years later he allowed the Club members to purchase the freehold of the land and the course was extended to eighteen holes. Following the addition of a superbly designed clubhouse in 1992, Girton became unrivalled in the area as a unique Club offering traditional course design enhanced with splendid facilities. A purpose built half way house, which can offer refreshments and toilet facilities has been added to further improve the facilities available.
