Welcome to Grange-over-Sands Golf Club, a golf club that values its members and provides a warm welcome to visitors. New members are welcome. There is no joining fee and there are membership packages to suit everybody - from those on limited incomes, those new to golf, those with limited opportunity to play, through to those looking for regular competitive golf. Grange-over-Sands Golf Club is a challenging parkland 18-hole golf course situated between the sea of Morecambe Bay and the mountains of the Lake District. Just 14 miles from the market town of Kendal and 3 miles from the picturesque village of Cartmel with its historic Priory it is easily accessible being only 14 miles (or 20 minutes drive) from junction 36 of the M6 motorway. The course is in superb condition. The greens are in excellent condition and are recognised as some of the best in Cumbria and north Lancashire. With strategic placement of trees, ponds and natural drainage dykes the course offers something for everyone. It's a course that you can play time and time again without tiring of it. It's a course that you have to steer your way round - get in the wrong place from the tee and the shots quickly mount up!
