About the club

Highbullen Hotel is surrounded by our 18-hole USGA specification golf course, set in richly wooded parkland with breathtaking views across to both Dartmoor and Exmoor. The 5600 yard, par 68 course is an excellent test for any golfer and is perfect for a round with friends, clients or just a chance to practice your golf skills. Testing but not intimidating, it is little wonder that golf guru and BBC presenter Alex Hay describes Highbullen as “an absolute gem”. Golfers of all skill levels can enjoy golf at Highbullen. There is a balance of challenging and rewarding shots to please everyone from confident hitters to complete beginners. You can refine your putting skills on our putting green or hone your swing on one of 30 courses from around the world using the indoor Smart Golf Simulator. At just £20 per hour it is a must for those wild and windy days. We also have some great value Golf Breaks available – see our Short Breaks page for details. Golf is available on a “pay and play” basis for £25 per person for 18 holes at weekends and Bank Holidays, £20 per person during the week and £10 at all times for hotel residents. Golf Buggies and Clubs are available to hire also for an additional fee.
