Lambeg Golf Club
About the club
Lambeg Golf Club was formed in 1986. In 2011 the club celebrated 25 years as a club and as members of the Golfing Union of Ireland. The golf course has seen many changes through the years, starting as a 9 hole course then a number of years later another 9 were added. The course is small compared to some of the golf courses around the area but has a lot of tree-lined fairways and tree plantations. Also some new bunkers have been added. Many teams from other clubs have come to the course playing in interclub competitions and found the Aberdelghy course very tricky.
