About the club
Orkney Golf Club is situated on the hill above Kirkwall town and harbour with stunning views to the North Isles. This open parkland course is fairly flat and makes for easy walking but although there are not many hazards, the course will still challenge players of all abilities. The course is kept in great condition with fast running greens and with wonderful views from all parts of the course, is a real pleasure to play. Visitors will always get a warm welcome at this exceptionally friendly club which is just a short distance from the town centre of Kirkwall and the ferry terminals and less than five miles from Kirkwall Airport.
