Park Wood Golf Club

About the club

The course was a little water-logged in places, but understandable due to the recent wet weather. The greens were very well-drained, playing much quicker than I had expected. The course is a firm favourite of mine, plenty of variation in the holes and sufficiently challenging due to the maturation of the trees lining the fairways over the past decade or so."We had the Chairman's Cup here last Saturday and it was a fantastic day. The course is very, very, nice, well kept, some challenging holes and a very long course compared to my 18 hole golf course. The staff couldn't do enough for you and the Men's captain was a delight to meet. Thank you all. "Played in a competition. Course is in good shape and has been recemntly taken over. New owners made us feel very welcome. Well worth a visit so challenging holes."
