About the club

Situated on a wooded promontory overlooking the old Port of Preston, this delightfully varied and well-drained course plays well throughout the year and is highly regarded locally and a firm favourite with visiting golfers. It comprises two loops of 9 holes and so is well-suited to 27 hole visits. There are five par threes none of which is long but all of which are tricky with fast but true greens. The signature hole is generally regarded to be the 16th hole which is a lengthy dog-leg with an open culvert protecting a sloping green.
