Silecroft Golf Club
About the club
Silecroft Golf Club occupies a strip of coastal land adjacent to the Irish Sea on the outskirts of the village of Silecroft in the Western Lake District. Vast sandy beaches and the looming presence of Black Combe dominate the landscape and provide this quiet corner of Lakeland with the unique qualities that are so well loved by locals and visitors alike.Stand on the first tee and look across the Irish Sea, just a quick slice away, to the Isle of Man shimmering in the distance. As you progress around the course you will see Barrow–in–Furness and Walney Island to the South, whilst to the North is the imposing Black Combe at the foot of which Silecroft Village is located.
