St. Enodoc Golf Club

About the club

St. Enodoc Golf Club, located in Cornwall, is a prominent golfing destination known for its picturesque setting and challenging course layout. Nestled among the sand dunes of the north Cornish coast, this historic club offers an unforgettable golfing experience for players of all levels. The course at St. Enodoc is undoubtedly one of its biggest draws. Designed by renowned course architect James Braid in the early 20th century, it showcases a blend of traditional links-style golf with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The undulating fairways, strategically placed bunkers, and fast-paced greens provide a stern test for even the most seasoned golfers. One of the standout features of this course is the iconic Church Course, named after the 13th-century St. Enodoc Church that resides within its boundaries. The Church Course is a challenging links track that demands precision and strategy throughout its 18 holes. Golfers will need to navigate narrow fairways, avoid deep bunkers, and contend with unpredictable sea breezes, making each shot an exhilarating affair. The club also offers an additional nine-hole course called the Holywell Course, which provides an enjoyable challenge for golfers looking for a less demanding round. This course, while relatively shorter in length, still incorporates elements of the dynamic coastal landscape and ensures an entertaining golfing experience. Beyond the course itself, St. Enodoc Golf Club boasts excellent facilities, including a well-stocked pro shop offering top-quality golf equipment and apparel. The clubhouse is an inviting and comfortable space where players can relax and enjoy post-round refreshments while taking in panoramic views of the course and its surrounds. Additionally, the club provides professional instruction through a team of highly skilled PGA professionals who offer lessons for all skill levels.
