Tattenhoe Golf Club
About the club
Owned and managed by Milton Keynes Council, the centre was opened in 1972. The course is basically flat with no steep hills to climb (good for the heart) and has only short walks between greens and tees. It measures 6,388 yards from the yellow tees (par 73 and SSS 70) and measures 6,709 yards from the white tees (par 73 SSS 72). With a wide variety of matured trees lining the fairways, the course is very picturesque and it has become a very good test for golf, with care being required from the some tees. The Centre has a floodlit driving range with covered bays for warming up or regular practice. In addition there are practice putting greens and a chipping area. The clubhouse is a two storey building with lift access leading to the Pro Shop, reception, bar, function and catering facilities. The changing facilities for golf are located on the ground floor. The Spike Bar & Sir Henry Cotton Lounge are served bar well stocked bar providing a range of beers, larger, spirits, wines and soft drinks all at very reasonable prices. We have large TV's in both bar areas showing a range of sports including golf, football, rugby & cricket.
