Built in 1992 the course has matured well and has an excellent layout with the 9th and 18th holes returning to the clubhouse. PLEASE NOTE AS FROM 1ST APRIL 2016 OUR COURSE LAYOUT WILL HAVE CHANGED. PLEASE SEE THE NEW SCORE CARD You are very likely to see deer grazing on the signature 7th fairway and enjoy stunning views towards the South Downs.HOLES OF NOTE- Watch out for the 15th, a par 5 which presents a birdie opportunity for the bigger hitters willing to take on a drive into a narrowing fairway. The tough stroke index 1 on the 2nd can be a hard reach in two and the stunning 7th over water to a raised amphitheatre green.Whatever standard you are, you are sure to enjoy playing at Wellshurst.
