About the club
Affectionately nicknamed "The Dragon's Tooth" after the legendary dragon said to haunt the peaks above, Woodlands Glencoe is an award-winning 9-hole course set on the banks of Loch Linnhe at Ballachulish, deep in the Scottish Highlands. Designed by Robin Hiseman and opened in 2002, it winds through lochside parkland flanked by burns, mature trees, and the dramatic ridgelines of Glencoe — named by Bunkered Magazine as the best 9-hole course in Scotland and by Golf.com as one of the top 50 nine-hole layouts in the world. No tee time is required, all abilities are welcome, and the clubhouse bar with wood-burning stove awaits at the end of the round.
