We stayed at Keswick over New Year’s and really enjoyed the hotel, especially the spa, extremely professional front desk service and the lovely dinner we had at Crawford’s. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and they are dog friendly in the best way. However, we had a very unpleasant interaction at Marigold and getting someone at the hotel to at a minimum acknowledge that after the fact was like pulling teeth — not something you want from a five star resort. That was overall disappointing and will cause us to reconsider another visit to an otherwise lovely hotel.

We had the most fantastic time at Keswick Hall for our anniversary mini-getaway. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, and the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the area. They went above and beyond in so many ways—upgrading our room when they learned it was our anniversary, leaving a personalized note, and even creating the most beautiful bouquet of freshly cut flowers for my husband to give me on our actual anniversary day. The food at Marigold was unmatched, and the spa treatments were truly the best we’ve ever experienced. The golf course was stunning—beautifully maintained and serene, with incredible views that made it a memorable part of our stay. The turndown service was impeccable, and every detail made us feel so cared for. We visit a fair number of luxury hotels, but this one has quickly become our favorite. We look forward to making Keswick Hall our annual anniversary destination.

My recent stay at Keswick Hall was unforgettable. Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the setting couldn’t be more beautiful — wide, open views of rolling Virginia countryside and a peaceful atmosphere that feels worlds away from the city. The drive up to the hotel is elegant and open, framed by manicured lawns and distant mountain scenery that immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredible from start to finish — welcoming, attentive, and clearly proud of where they work. My room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with soft tones, comfortable bedding, and a view that made every morning feel calm and refreshing. Dinner at Marigold by Jean-Georges was the highlight — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly presented. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet cocktail by the pool, exploring the nearby countryside, or just relaxing on the veranda, Keswick Hall makes it easy to slow down and enjoy life. It’s the perfect balance of luxury and Virginia charm, surrounded by stunning Blue Ridge foothills. I’ll definitely be coming back — there’s truly nothing else like it in the area.

We had an AMAZING time. The food, the service, the comfort and amenities, the list goes on and on. The hotel itself is stunning with breathtaking views. Keswick Hall is by far the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My wife and I were enjoying a baby moon and it was the perfect getaway. We will be back!

We just paid a day visit to Keswick Hall for lunch at Marigold by Jean-Georges. What a treat! The restaurant is an open airy space overlooking the golf course. We had a perfect late summer day for this kind of view. The service was wonderful. I apologize for not remembering our server's name, but she was delightful. As a group, we were boring in our food choices. Everyone had the burger and a ginger margarita. We all agreed that the burger was one of the best ever. The margaritas eer refreshing and a fun change from the ordinary. All in all, s wonderful afternoon.
