Love the course and the staff. I see the some of the complaints but if you read the membership agreement you sign when you begin, you can clearly see the terms of the agreement. I’m not sure why people are complaining about rules and contracts they sign, guess they don’t read. However we love it and fold a few times a week! Great new menu

Update: After canceling my membership July 1st 2025, I received the another/final invoice for the Food and Beverage minimum on September 1st 2025. I reached out again to management to confirm they ACTUALLY wanted me to pay this after my experience with food poisoning and not being able to use the dining facilities since the April/May 2025 timeframe. They confirmed in an email that the F&B minimum charge was non-negotiable per corporate policy and I would be sent to collections if payment wasn’t received. Their response was beyond disappointing. Not to mention, they have still never offered removed the original food charge that caused the food poisoning! As a counter point, we recently ate at one the Great American restaurants, ordered drinks, an appetizer, and dinner. When the server stopped back and asked how the food was we said great but the appetizer never came. Since we had already started on our dinners we asked him to cancel the app. He offered to get it right away at no charge and said dessert would be on him. What started as a disappointing service experience actually made us even bigger fans and promoters of their business after that experience. HCCC management should take some pointers. With that said, the original review / post is below. Think twice before joining HCCC. I joined Hidden Creek Country Club in mid-2024 on a 12-month promotional rate. The catering staff has always been great, but unfortunately in the spring of 2025, I became seriously ill with food poisoning after eating undercooked chicken at the club. I reported the incident to management, mainly for awareness, but no one followed up. No effort to remove the charges for the meal and no offer to adjust the food and beverage minimum, even though I have not been able to eat at the club since. Separately, no one ever reached out to discuss extending my membership. I only realized the promotional rate had ended after being charged full dues without notice. I asked to cancel my membership due to the food incident and I was told that, despite these issues, I would still be responsible for two more months of full dues AND THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUMS associated with the extra two months per corporate policy. Management was dismissive and unwilling to address the situation. What began as a promising membership ended in frustration and disappointment. The club’s handling of member concerns reflects a lack of basic customer service. I would not recommend this club and I’m sharing my experience to help others understand how the management team may respond when issues arise.

Hidden Creek Country Club stole my heart when I first found them online. I reached out, and they responded promptly, even though it was a busy season for them. Katie (Catering Director) replied to my initial email, and I appreciated that she welcomed me to visit Hidden Creek Country Club whenever I could to see the venue and meet her. During my visit, I met Katie and Taylor (Banquet Captain), and Taylor was the one who gave me the tour. When I saw the venue (Fairway Ballroom), it was beautiful and spacious. The view on the deck was also stunning. The ballroom itself was already spacious, and renting the ballroom also included the deck, which made the space even larger! After the tour, Taylor worked closely with me, and she is the sweetest, most amazing, and attentive person I’ve ever known! Even though I didn’t have a wedding planner, she made the preparations—choosing the menu, napkins, and even the layout—seamless. Whenever I sent an email, she replied in a professional and timely manner. If she wasn’t able to respond to my inquiries, Katie would step in and provide an answer. I just loved how they made it so easy for me to organize my own wedding, never leaving me clueless or wondering for long. Even the day before, they accommodated my request to drop off my decorations, and I also loved how they were so flexible! Another thing—one of my decorations was the bow on every chair, and they even offered to help put bows on all the chairs. This was amazing, and I’m so thankful I found them! Also, on the day of my wedding, Taylor was always in the room, so I could ask her questions. The sound system was fantastic too! My guests left amazing comments about the food (especially the dessert) and how beautiful the venue was! 100/10 for me—it was a perfect, dreamy wedding day for me and my husband!!

I recently played at Hidden Creek Country Club and was extremely disappointed. Despite paying $100, the course was in terrible condition. The greens were extremely dried out, making it difficult to play. Initially, I was told the poor state of the course was due to Mother Nature. However, I later discovered the real issue was a broken water pump. The staff kept saying it would be fixed soon, but this timeline keeps dragging out with no resolution in sight. Overall, it was a terrible experience and not worth the money. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this course to others.

The property overall is logistically confusing and has one of the more strange layouts I have ever seen for a country club. Not sure if space was an issue during construction, but everything seems crammed in - especially the "driving range" which is a several minute cart drive through the course to even reach, and it plays alongside one of the holes on the front 9 without a net separating it, so often times there are range balls strewn all over that area of the course. Even the clubhouse it a bit confusing to navigate, and the course condition I would only rate as "good" not great by a long shot. In my experience the staff members were friendly and there is a nice chipping/short game facility right next to the clubhouse, so that is a plus.
