About the club

A Pristine Golfing Haven at Palouse Ridge Golf Club: A Comprehensive Player's Review As an avid golfer, I find few things more exhilarating than discovering a new golf course with a challenging layout, well-maintained conditions, and captivating scenery. Palouse Ridge Golf Club, located in Pullman, Washington, is a premier golfing destination that combines all these criteria to provide an unforgettable playing experience. Nestled within the rolling hills of the Palouse region, the Palouse Ridge Golf Club boasts an idyllic setting with sweeping views of the green, lush landscapes. The championship 18-hole golf course sprawls over 315 acres and was masterfully designed by John Harbottle III, who strategically crafted its layout to incorporate the region's natural beauty into a playable and enjoyable course. From the moment I set foot on Palouse Ridge's well-manicured turf, I was struck by how well the course conditions have been maintained. The bunker placement is particularly noteworthy, as they are not only positioned skillfully alongside the fairways and greens, but they are also impeccably groomed. This attention to detail by the maintenance staff provides a luxurious play surface while also challenging golfers to navigate the course carefully. Upon reaching the greens at Palouse Ridge, the green speed was up to par (pun intended) for a high-quality golfing experience. The surfaces were smooth and true, making for consistent putting which is crucial in helping golfers to build confidence in their game. Additionally, the undulating greens were cleverly designed to offer a diverse range of putting challenges that left me feeling rewarded and motivated for more. One of the unique features of this course is its incorporation of the natural landscape into its design, creating a visually captivating playing experience.
