Pasadena Ridge Golf Course

This is a great place to live. Although it’s right off Argonne, the complex is surrounded by greenery and trees that provide privacy and deaden the noise. All apartments will have its downsides, but there’s not a lot of downsides at this complex. The community keeps to themselves (but always up for a chat) and are quiet. The maintenance team lives on site I believe and they are AMAZING. I had sent in a request for about 5 things at 9am and it was all done when I got back at 5pm. Everything was done so well and I was thoroughly impressed. When I was looking for apartments, no one actually cared about my time or needs. The amount of last-minute cancellations to tour apartments was insane. But at Pasadena, we called at 9am to set up a time and Glenn got us in at 1pm the same day and was very flexible with everything. And finally, this is one of the safest areas to live in Spokane, and definitely worth checking out!

I thought that I’d found a place to call home but I come home to a musky/mildew/moldy smell that is very offensive. From what I’ve learned in my time here is that it’s is prolific condition throughout the complex. People need to come into this place knowing all the facts. It’s a beautiful community and I wish I’d known about this issue before I signed a lease. No one should be hit in the face with a musky/mildew/moldy odor when you walk in your front door to your home. There is an underlying condition that causes this odor but it spells unhealthy to me.
