Barnegat Bay Sail Club

Capt. Mike took us for an afternoon cruise of Barnegat Bay. It was amazing! So relaxing , just the wind and the sails. The Margarita is a wonderful vessel. Cannot recommend enought!!! Thank you Capt Mike :)

A few days ago my family and I went on our second sail charter for the summer with Capt. Mike on Barnagette Bay. To say it was wonderful is an understatement. It is an amazing and relaxing experience especially with Mike as your Capt. Beautiful smooth sail on the bay calm breeze. We have been sailing with this Sailing Chatter company for at least 11 years now. The pictures I show people that I take on the Sail could be in the Caribbean or anywhere else but Jersey. I was looking for a bit of one design training on a Snipe, and Captain Mike Bandera made it happen! He connected me with Captain Dean Thompson-Sevcik (who was well versed in yacht rigging and racing) and I had a fantastic experience learning on the bay. I recently went through ASA 101 training/certification at Barnegat Bay Sailing School and Sailboat Charters. They were great, accommodating, and it was a fun time! What a wonderful morning we had yesterday sailing with Captain Mike in Barnegat Bay. Three generations of our family had such a great time enjoying the sun, wind and the calmness. Captain Mike was so kind to our grandsons and included them in the whole experience. It exceeded our expectations.
